PANAC Board Positions:

•    President: Two-year term, assumes one-year Immediately Past President

•    President-elect: After one-year term, assumes two-year Presidency. Requires one-year • _service on the PANAC Board and active ASPAN/PANAC membership.

•    Immediate Past President: One-year term following the Presidential term,   Chair of the Past President’s Council and accepts special projects as assigned by the Board of Directors.

•    Secretary: Two-year term.

•    Treasurer: Two-year term; requires experience on PANAC Board of Directors.

•    Education Chair: One-year term

•    Education Chair-Elect: One-year term; assumes the Education Chair the following year. • _Requires PANAC membership; BSN and two years served on the Education Committee; And attendance in at least 50% Seminars in last two years.

•    District Directors 1-5: Three-year term; an active ASPAN/PANAC member, • _working in perianesthesia setting, who lives or works in District represented.
